Feedback River has a great many features for the free user, however for those wishing to use advanced features or to have higher volumes of responses then paid for subscriptions are the best approach. If you do not find your answer in this section then please do not hesitate to contact us using the link below.
When logged in you can pay by clicking on the "Upgrade" menu option. If you have a subscription and want to buy more credits you can do so by clicking here or selecting "Manage Plan" from the "My Account" menu.

Unfortunately tax is payable on all subscriptions. We will calculate tax based on your location and the information you give us. Business users can avoid paying tax by providing a valid VAT number.
Yes. If you have a valid subscription you can see a list of all transactions paid to FeedbackRiver, you can do so by clicking here when logged in.
When logged in you can see a list of all transactions paid to FeedbackRiver by clicking here. To view the invoice click "View Invoice" for the transaction you want the invoice for.
