FeedbackRiver is a highly configurable service. You can adjust settings for your organisation, manage users and configure departments, 360 degree survey categories and questions.
When logged in you can change your password from the "My Details" page. This can be found by clicking here or selecting "My Details" from the "My Account" menu.
If you are not logged in then you can reset a forgotten password by clicking on "Forgotten Password".
Yes. You can manage the font by clicking here or selecting "Organisation" from the Settings menu.
Yes. Those, organisations with a paid for subscription can manage the font color by clicking here or selecting "Organisation" from the Settings menu.
Yes. You can upload a logo for your organisation by clicking here or selecting "Organisation" from the Settings menu.
These logos will be used at the tope of any survey started after your logo has been uploaded.
Users in your organisation can be managed by clicking here or selecting "Users" from the Settings menu.
You can add users individually in bulk. When you add a user they will be sent an invite via email. The invite can be resent if needs be.
Users can be given administrator priviliges by editing the user and checking "Is Admin User" before pressing "Save Changes".
You can remove a user from your FeedbackRiver account by editing the user and pressing "Delete User".
You can setup a user's line manager and department. Line managers will be able to see their reports 360 survey results.
Departments in your organisation can be managed by clicking here or selecting "Departments" from the Settings menu.
You can setup the default 360 degree survey categories for a given department. This category will be picked up by default when creating 360 degree surveys. If a user in a department has picked different categories then the user's preferences will be chosen above the department's preferences.
Departments, categories and questions are only used in 360 degree surveys. If you want to create a 360 survey then you will need to have these setup.
If you only want to use the general survey types then you do not need to configure departments, categories and questions.
Categories used in your 360 degree surveys can be managed by clicking here or selecting "Departments" from the Settings menu.
You can view the questions in each category by editing the category.
If you delete a category then all questions in this category will also be deleted.
You can move a question between categories by editing the question and pressing "Save Changes".
